1. Scope
This notice covers the public artigold.com website, downloads and contact features. Canvas is a separate service at draw.artigold.com. Also review that service's information about accounts, project storage and AI.
2. Website data handling
This website has no signup, sign-in or inquiry-upload form. The pen preview and demo sketch run in your browser without sending drawings to us or saving them to an account. We do not run separate analytics or advertising scripts. An AdSense account-verification meta tag is included.
3. Downloads and technical records
Providers such as OpenAI and Cloudflare that deliver hosting, content, and security services may process technical records including request addresses, connection information, and errors. ArtigoClip for Windows links to Microsoft Store; installation and Store use are governed by Microsoft’s privacy policy. Mac preview downloads are delivered as static files by this website and assembled into the original file in your browser. This website does not automatically upload files from your PC.
4. Canvas local AI and account storage
On supported devices, Canvas downloads a model and performs AI analysis locally. Analysis images and questions are not sent to an external inference server. Projects you choose to save after Google sign-in use separate server storage. Device saving, account saving and file downloads are distinct.
5. ArtigoClip local processing
ArtigoClip records and edits locally without a service account or API key. If you paste and send a result through another app, that app's privacy and storage policies apply. The clipboard holds a reference to the output file.

7. Questions and information requests
When you email us, we receive your return address, message and attachments. We use them to review and respond to your inquiry, not to publish a contact list. Send access, correction or deletion requests to gold89765@gmail.com. Your email provider's own record and backup policies may also apply.
