Start with one expected result
Start with what should happen, such as “The settings window should close when I click the button.” Saying only that something is wrong leaves the difference unclear. Put the expected and actual results next to each other so the video has a clear point to check.
Keep only the short triggering sequence
Use ArtigoClip to capture from just before the problem until its result is visible. If you clicked several times, keep that order visible. Remove unrelated waiting or other work in the editor, while preserving the surrounding actions needed to reproduce it.
Make the picture and explanation point together
If a small area needs attention, open a screenshot in Canvas and add a circle and a short note. Make the words and the mark refer to the same place, such as “the Save button at the bottom right.” One message per mark makes it easier to read.
Include the context AI needs
Attach the video or image in an AI conversation that supports it, then briefly state your environment, steps, expected result and actual result. For example: “On Windows I opened Settings and clicked Save. It should close, but stays open as shown. Please check the related event handling.” If you can provide code, start with the relevant part.
Check before sending, then try the fix yourself
Check that no passwords, credentials, personal information or private material are visible. You choose and attach the file yourself; the AI service's policies govern its handling after that. After AI makes a fix, repeat the same actions yourself to check the result. A video helps examine what actually happens; it does not prove a particular cause.
